Stackers
Minimal human effort
We are specialized in building stackers to stack crates, pallets and boxes. Using a stacker, products are efficiently stacked to the desired height with minimal human effort.
We design and build stackers for many companies in the food industry, especially in the handling of poultry, meat and fish. How your stacker is created? The engineers start with a design, in which they design your stacker completely for your problems and according to your wishes. The stacker is presented to you in a clear 3D model.
Are you as excited as we are? Then we will get to work building the perfect stacker for you.
Crate stacker
Van Leeuwen Techniek’s crate stackers are characterized by their high reliability. We believe this is important, because this way we minimize the chance of failure. Also ideal, according to our customers, is that the speed or capacity of the crate stacker is adjustable. The open construction that we use ensures that the crate stacker is easy to clean.
We mainly build the crate stacker for CBL crates, E1/E2/E3 crates and nestable crates.
Fruit and vegetable crates as well as crates for the meat industry are stacked with our crate stacker.
Pallet stacker
Stacking pallets is done quickly and easily with the pallet stacker from Van Leeuwen Techniek. The pallet stacker has been specially developed to be able to stack all types of plastic pallets. The open construction of the pallet stacker enables fast and efficient cleaning.
To make the stacking process run smoothly, sensors are used to accurately determine where the pallet is. This way we avoid unnecessary downtime and the process is not delayed.
The pallet stacker can handle up to 100 plastic pallets per hour.
What customers say
‘At the end of the production process, our crates with meat products are quickly stacked by the Van Leeuwen stacker. This process always runs smoothly, so that the order can be transported quickly’
“We were looking for a pallet stacker that can stack between 80 and 100 pallets per hour. That is why we ended up in Barneveld, at Van Leeuwen Techniek. The pallet stacker has been in our production for a few years and is doing excellent!’
Box stacker
Hygiene and efficiency are paramount in the development of a box stacker. The knowledge and expertise that Van Leeuwen Techniek has in this area is therefore useful in the development and production of a box stacker.
The open construction ensures easy cleaning of the box stack. The box stacker can handle a maximum of 50 Dolav boxes per hour.
